This program is perfect to start (or continue) your fitness journey strong, as well as give you the support and knowledge you need to continue to progress in your journey!

This program is perfect if you want to be supported and work with me longer-term as well as track your progress throughout a longer period in your fitness journey!

What is Included in my 1 on 1 Training Packages?
During our 1, 3 or 6 month period together, you will work towards reaching your health and fitness goals through the following features:
♡ Gym and/or home based workout plans specifically created to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Workout plans come along with instructional videos and form tips, as well as the ability to track your reps, weight, etc. You also have the opportunity to send KaylenGFit your form videos to further your understanding and make sure you are completing your workouts correctly!
♡ Weekly check-ins will be released to assess where you’re at with your program and goals as well as allow for the opportunity to modify aspects of your plan in order to provide what is most necessary for YOU to reach your goals.
♡ Track your progress through progress photos and other measurements applicable to your personal goals
♡ Nutrition guidance (macro/calorie estimates, general information) specific to your lifestyle and goals (if this is of interest to you!).
♡ Opportunity to set up scheduled calls with KaylenGFit to build a stronger relationship and talk face to face!
♡ 24/7 communication and support through texting and voice messaging!
All programs entrance forms are available on the Thursday following your sign up, and the first day of your program will start the following Monday!
*You can choose to renew or switch your package after our time working together comes to an end to continue working on your goals with me!

8 Week Self-Guided Program
A program designed for those who want a shorter term fitness plan to help build up strength and good habits overall!
What is included?:
8 week workout program -4 day/week workout split (last workout optional for those who would rather a 3 day split) -home and gym versions of each workout
habit tracking for water consumption, daily movement plus more!
recipe ideas, self care, journal prompts and gratitude journals to help you create good habits and a good relationship with yourself outside of the gym!
